The service
Luke's Intensives provides personalized fitness plans, exercise guidance, progress tracking, and coach messaging. Access is included while you attend an intensive; afterwards, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Not medical advice
Our coaching is fitness guidance, not medical care, therapy, or treatment of any condition. Consult a physician before starting an exercise program. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress. You use the exercise instructions at your own risk.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You must be at least 18 (or have guardian consent). You're responsible for what you send through the app; be respectful in messages.
Subscriptions & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly by Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe — Starter $5/month, Coaching $15/month, or Elite $25/month. Zoom sessions included in a tier are scheduled directly with your coach through the app. Cancel anytime; access continues through the period you've paid for. [REFUND POLICY].
Ending service
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its coaches.
Liability
