Who we are
Luke's Intensives ("we") is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME, ADDRESS]. This app provides personalized fitness coaching to our members.
What we collect
Only what the app needs to work: your name and email address (your account), the workout plans your coaches build for you, which workouts you mark complete, and the messages you exchange with your coaches. We do not collect health diagnoses, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use analytics trackers.
How your data is protected
Your plan and progress are visible only to you and your coaches — never to other members. Messages are encrypted at rest on our server and in transit. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; they never touch our servers. Access to the server is restricted to the people who operate the app.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond providing your coaching. Your coaches see your messages and progress because coaching is the service.
Your rights
From your Account page you can download everything we store about you (Download my data) and permanently delete your account and all associated data (Delete account) — no email required, effective immediately. You can also request either by contacting [EMAIL]. Backups containing deleted data are rotated out within [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 30 days].
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status — never card numbers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
